摘　　要：由于诸多方面的原因,高职院校学生面临着一系列心理问题,这一定程度上影响了他们的健康成长。如何帮助学生化解心理问题,是高职院校学生心理健康教育必须面对的问题。因此,通过对目前高职院校学生心理素质的基本情形及影响高职院校学生心理素质培养的因素进行分析,探索高职院校学生心理素质培养教育的有效途径,提升学生的心理素质,把学生培养成为高素质的建设者。Due to many reasons, the students in vocational colleges faced with a series of psychological problems, to some extent, affected their healthy growth. How to help students resolving psychological problems,is a problem which mental health education must face. Through the factors present basic psychological quality of students in vocational colleges situation and the impact of vocational college students psychological quality training analysis, try to seek the effective way in psychological quality of education so as to enhance students＇ psychological quality,and train them become qualified builders.
