高校公共体育课“俱乐部三·三”复合教学模式探析

摘　　要：分析了当下高校公共体育课程教学模式的不足,提出了构建把课堂教学、课外锻炼、体育竞赛三个环节有效结合,进行初级、提高、特长三个层次的"俱乐部三·三"复合教学模式,阐述了该模式的理论依据及优越性,并提出实施新模式的措施和建议。This paper analyzes the defi ciency of teaching mode in Public physical education curriculum of college, and we proposes a new teaching mode which combine three process that classroom teaching, extracurricular physical exercising, athletic contest effectively, and divide the teaching content into three levels that the primary, the intermediate and the senior. Beside these, we expound the theoretical foundation and the superiority of this new teaching mode and present some measures and suggestions on the implementation of the new teaching mode.
