摘 要:为研究壳聚糖涂膜(CTS)和壳聚糖-改性纳米SiO2复合涂膜(CTSS)对哈密瓜采后贮藏过程中生理生化品质的影响。对东方密一号哈密瓜分别进行涂膜处理,,并置于室温下贮藏。结果表明,CTSS处理哈密瓜贮藏期间呼吸作用的峰值比对照和CTS处理降低21.7%和9.7%,贮藏15d,CTSS处理哈密瓜的维生素C(Vc)和可滴定酸(TA)含量分别比CTS处理高17%和37.1%。CTSS处理提高了过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,加强对H2O2和O2-的清除,延缓果实衰老。该研究为维持哈密瓜采后品质,延长保鲜期提供理论依据。To investigate the effect of pure chitosan and chitosan modified nano-SiO2 on physiological and biochemical quality of ‘Dongfangmi 1’Hami melon,pure chitosan and chitosan modified nano-SiO2 were chosen to coat with a film during the storage of Hami melon fruits which were put in the room temperature. The result showed that respiration peak of fruits treated with CTSS reduced by 9. 7 % and 21. 7 % than treated with CTS and the control. Vitamin C and soluble solids contents of Hami melon treated with CTSS were 17 % and 37. 1 % higher than that of CTS at the 15 thday.Activity of CAT and POD were heightened with the result that H2O2 and O-2were eliminated and the aging of the fruits was delayed which were coated with CTSS. The conclusion: chitosan modified nano-SiO2 coating can maintain postharvest quality of Hami melon during the storage and prolong the refreshing time.
