贵州民族职业教育内涵发展之路径探究

摘　　要：发展职业教育是实现民族地区经济社会跨越式发展的重要手段。作为一个典型的内陆多民族省份,在现有条件和基础上通过内涵挖掘并构建相应可行性政策,是贵州民族职业教育发展的必由之路。从民族职业教育的现状入手,对其存在的主要问题进行分析,最终探寻实现其内涵发展的有效策略,对贵州及类似民族地区职业教育的发展具有直接的政策参考价值。To develop vocational education is an important way to realize the social and economical great- leap- forward development in the area of ethnic minorities. As an inland multi- ethnic province,based on the reality,Guizhou taps the connotation and constructs feasible policies,which is the inevitable course for its development of the vocational education for ethnic minorities. Thus,this paper described the current situation at first,then analyzed the main problems,and explored the efficient approaches to the connotation development at last,which will be valuable to the development of the vocational education for ethnic minorities in Guizhou and in the provinces alike.
