浅谈利用基础护理技术教学培养护生的心理素质

摘　　要：心理素质是高素质劳动者和技能人才的基本要求,是现代护士素质的重要组成因素,也是成为一名合格的医务人员的基本素质,更是各级各类医疗机构对护士的需求。笔者结合基础护理技术教学中的体会,对在基础护理技术教学中培养护生的社会责任感、职业道德、人文关怀等基本的心理素质进行探讨。Psychological quality is the basic requirement to high quality workers and technical talents,it is an important component of the qualities that modern nurses should have, and also the basic quality needed to become a qualified medical personnel,and is also the requirement of all levels and kinds of medical institutions to nurses. Combined with experience achieved during teaching with basic nursing technique, this paper discusses the cultiva-tion of students’sense of social responsibility ,professional morality, humanistic concern and otherwise basic psy-chological quality when teaching with basic nursing technique.
