摘　　要：陶行知教育思想是中华民族宝贵的精神财富,具有较大的时代价值。师德思想是他教育思想的重要组成部分。当前,高校青年教师师德存在一些问题,影响到高校办学事业科学健康发展。应积极运用陶行知师德思想指导加强和改进新时期高校青年教师师德建设的新途径和新方法,建立高校青年教师师德建设长效机制,为高校加强青年教师师德建设,提高师德建设的有效性和针对性提供借鉴。TAO Xing-zhi＇s thought on education is the nationally precious cultural treasure in China with the more times value.Thought on teacher morality is an important part of TAO＇s thought on education.Some problems of teacher morality in universities affect scientific and health development of universities＇ school running.Therefore,the great work should be done to apply TAO＇s thought on teacher morality to teacher morality education,to improve and innovate the new methods and approaches to teacher morality education by establishing the long-term effective mechanism of young teacher morality construction in universities.
