摘　　要：应用型创新能力培养是地方本科院校学生能力培养的一个重要方面。电子竞赛中学生的表现,暴露出以下问题:信息与电子类课程设置不够合理,学生将理论知识应用于实际的能力较差、动手能力不强、实践技能不扎实、综合能力较差。应重构实验教学体系,加大创新实验室开放,采用循序渐进的项目训练和建立多元化的考核体系等措施,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,提高学生就业竞争力。Applied innovative ability training is an important aspect of students＇ ability training in local undergraduate colleges. Students＇ performance in electronic contest reveals the following problems： the curriculum of information and electronics is not reasonable, students＇ abilities of applying theoretical knowledge to practice are poor, their practical abilities are not strong, the practical skills are not solid and the comprehensive abilities are poor. We should reconstruct the experimental teaching system, strengthen innovative open laboratory, adopt step-by-step project training and establish a diversified evaluation system and other measures, to cultivate students＇ practical abilities and innovative spirits and improve students＇ employment competitiveness.
