摘  要:目的:探讨TBL教学法在基础护理学实验教学中的应用效果,为基础护理学实验教学改革提供依据。方法:将112名本科护生随机分成实验班(55人)和对照班(57人),实验班采用TBL教学法,对照班采用传统教学法,通过学习兴趣调查问卷、实践考核成绩及学生的感受来检测学习效果。结果:实验班学生学习兴趣高于对照班,实验班学生的实践考核成绩高于对照班(P<0.05)。结论:TBL教学法激发了学生的学习兴趣,同时也提高了学习效果。Objective: To investigate the effect of TBL teaching method in basic nursing experimental teaching, and provide the basis of reform in basic nursing experimental teaching. Methods: 112 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into the experimen- tal class (55 people) and control class (57 people). The experimental class used the TBL teaching method, while control class used traditional teaching method. Results : the TBL group had more learning interest than that of the control group. Also they scored higher than the control class (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: TBL teaching method can not only stimulate students' learning interest, but also im- prove the learning effect.
