财会类专业本科毕业论文定位与质量监控研究

摘　　要：财会类专业毕业论文存在部分论文选题质量偏低,撰写质量不高和缺乏质量监控等问题。其原因是毕业论文定位不明确;部分教师业务水平较低;指导教师缺乏责任心,毕业论文指导不认真;毕业论文质量责任不明,无考核等。解决办法是明确毕业论文的定位和实施质量监控。财会类专业本科毕业论文定位为与财会类专业相关的应用型论文。质量监控是激励与约束相结合的分环节监控。Problems such as improbable and low quality selection of the topics, incoherent structures and poor writing skills and lack of supervision exist in the thesis of the finance and accountancy undergraduate stu- dents in our school. The causes of these problems are as the follow： some teachers are not qualified to guide the students and some teachers are not very responsible for their students. Another reason is that the requirement and supervision of the thesis are not clear. Besides, the teachers＇ work is not well evaluated. The solutions to these existing problems are to establish certain principles for the requirement and quality supervision of the thesis. The requirement is equal to that of the practical research paper relating to finance and accountancy majors and the supervision means sub-supervision by means of combing both rewarding and restricting strategies.
