职前教师信念伦理的教育目标及策略

摘　　要：世界各国教师教育都很重视教师伦理教育,我国2011年颁布《教师教育课程标准》把教师专业信念和责任作为教师教育的重要维度。职前教师教育应重在信念伦理的教育,即培育对教育的情意,追求幸福而有尊严的生活,理解教学是主体间的生命交流。职前教师教育信念伦理的教育,一是反思内化,导正教师信念,二是体验学习,外化伦理实践能力。Every country＇s teacher education emphasizes teacher ethical education . The newly issued Teacher Education Curriculum Standard of our country puts the teacher professional belief and responsibility on an important position , so the pre-service teacher education should emphasize the belief ethic to cultivate the educational affection , to peruse the happy life of dignity and to understand that teaching is the life communication between subjects . The belief ethical education for pre -service teachers , on the one hand , is to reflect and internalize to form teacher＇belief , on the other hand , is to experience learning , to externalize the ethical and practical abilities .
