非小细胞肺癌组织表达FOXM1与患者临床特征及术后辅助化疗疗效的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织表达叉头框转录因子M1(FOXM1)与患者临床特征及术后辅助化疗疗效的关系。方法:选取2012年5月-2013年7月本院收治的115例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受肺癌完全性切除术治疗。在手术过程中取肿瘤组织,并采用免疫组化法进行FOXM1表达检测。结果:FOXM1表达阳性组与FOXM1表达阴性组之间性别、年龄、病理类型、淋巴结转移、肿瘤细胞分化程度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);FOXM1表达阳性组的临床分期显著高于FOXM1表达阴性组(P<0.05)。FOXM1表达阳性组的1年生存率显著低于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC组织表达FOXM1与临床分期有一定的关系,且与预后呈负相关。Objective：To investigate the relationship between expression of forkhead box M1（FOXM1）and clinical features and efficacy of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Method：115 cases of NSCLC who were admitted into our hospital from May 2012 to July 2013 were selected as the object of study,and all patients were given complete resection of lung cancer. The tumor tissue was taken during surgery for detection of expression of FOXM1 by immunohistochemical method.Result：There were no significant differences in the gender,age,pathological type,lymph node metastasis,degree of tumor cell differentiation between the FOXM1 expression-positive group and the FOXM1 expression-negative group（P〉0.05）,while the clinical stage in the FOXM1 expression-positive group was significantly higher than that in the FOXM1 expression-negative group（P〈0.05）. The 1-year survival rate in the FOXM1 expression-positive group was significantly lower than that in the FOXM1 expression-negative group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is a certain relationship between clinical stage and expression of FOXM1in NSCLC,which is negatively related with prognosis.
