摘　　要：国子监是明清时期的最高学府,是全国生员心之向往的求学场所。优厚的生活待遇、良好的办学条件、一流的师资力量,为国子监生潜心学业提供了重要保障。严格的规章和规范的考核活动,为确保国子监正常教学秩序创造了良好条件,也为提高国子监的培养质量提供了管理保障。The Imperial Academy was the highest institution of the Ming and Qing Dynasties that attracted the nationwide students to dream of. For its generous living treatment, excellent school conditions, and first-class faculty provided an important guarantee for the Academy students to devote themselves to learning. Furthermore, its strict regulations and formative assessment activities not only created a good condition to ensure the normal teaching order, but also provided a management crucial to improve the quality cultivation
