摘　　要：家庭经济困难毕业生的就业问题关系到学生个人的健康发展、校园的安全稳定。高职院校为家庭经济困难的毕业生构建一个系统、完整的就业援助体系非常必要。通过分析高职院校、家庭经济困难学生的就业援助现状和存在问题,提出构建全程化、全员化、全方位的就业援助体系,分阶段多环节地从经济、心理、精神、提高就业能力方面帮助他们顺利实现就业,最终摆脱家庭困境。The college graduates with financial difficulties have more trouble in job obtaining. This problem relates to the healthy development of themselves and the security of campus. It is necessary for colleges to construct a scientific employment aid system for them. This paper analyzes the status and problems of employment aid of the college graduates with financial difficulties, put forward to structure an employment aid system with whole process , whole staff and full-service. This Stages of multiple links process should improve their employment ability and quality from economic, psychological and spiritual, to help them obtain employment smoothly, finally getting rid of the family dilemma.
