摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加亚麻籽对育肥后期延边黄牛血液生化指标及共轭脂肪酸含量的影响。选择30头平均体重为(510±5)kg的健康延边黄牛阉牛,随机分成两组,每组15头牛。分别为对照组(CON组,基础日粮)和试验组(LNA组,8%DM,以胡麻籽为亚麻酸的底物)。试验期为100 d。结果表明:1饲粮中添加亚麻籽极显著提高了血清中高密度脂蛋白的浓度(P<0.01),胆固醇(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白(P<0.05)的浓度也显著增加。2饲粮中添加亚麻籽显著提高了血液中硬脂酸(C18:0)(P<0.05)、亚麻酸(C18:3n6)(P<0.05)、共轭亚油酸(C9,t11CLA)(P<0.05)、总共轭亚麻酸(total CLNA)(P<0.01)、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)(P<0.05)的含量。改善了血液脂肪酸的组成。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding flaxseed into the late fattening period diet on blood biochemical indicators and conjugated fatty acid content of Yanbian yellow cattle. A total of 30 healthy Yanbian yellow cattle bullocks with an average body weight of (510±5) kg were randomly allocated into two groups with 15 bullocks per group, respectively the control group (CON group, based diet), and the experimental group (LNA group, 8%DM, flaxseed as the substrate of linole- nic acid). Trial of 100 d. The results showed as follows: (1) Adding flaxseed fodder significantly increased the concentrationofserum high density lipoprotein (P〈0.01), cholesterol (P〈0.05), the concentration of low density lipoprotein (P〈0.01) was also increased significantly. (2) Adding flaxseed fodder significantlyimproved the stearic acid (C18 : 0) (P〈0.05), linolenic acid (C18 : 3n6) (P〈0.05), conjugated linoleic acid (C9, t11CLA) (P〈0.05), total conjugate linolenic acid(totalCLnA)(P〈0.01),polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA)(P〈0.05) in the blood. Improved the fatty acid composition of blood.
