摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课实践教学的有效实施和推进,需要构建相关的保障机制。在系统性的保障机制建构中,组织领导体制是基础,政策保障是根本,师资保障是核心,经费保障是前提,基地建设是条件,激励机制是关键。所有这些要素的协同一致、彼此配合,将有力改善和提升高校思想政治理论课实践教学质量。It is necessary for the teaching of the ideology and politics to put it into action effectively and push it ahead.In the systematic guidance,all the following factors play its own play：the organization leadership,policy,staff,finance,base,and encourage.The coordination of all of the factors is surely the help for the improvement of the course teaching.
