摘 要:针对传统开关符号函数滑模观测器所存在的高频抖振问题,首先设计一种新型电流观测器模型,其中传统的开关符号函数被饱和函数所替代,并且将估算反电势反馈至电流观测器中;其次设计反电势自适应滤波器来进一步降低滑模抖振作用对反电势估算的影响。以TMS320F2808 DSP为核心搭建PMSM无位置传感矢量驱动系统,并进行仿真和实验研究。结果表明,所设计的新型滑模观测器能够准确估算出反电势以及转子位置信息,PMSM无位置传感矢量驱动系统能够可靠的运行。To solve the high-frequency buffeting problem existed in the traditional sliding mode observer(SMO), a novel current observer model is proposed, in which the sign function is replaced by a saturation function and estimated back-EMF is fed back to the current observer. In order to reduce the impact of sliding mode buffeting on back-EMF estimation, a back-EMF self-adapting filter was designed. The system is tested and verified on the experimental platform of position sensorless PMSM drive system based on TMS320F2808 DSP. The results show that the sensorless vector drive system of PMSM based on the novel sliding mode observer can operate reliably, and back-EMF and rotor position can be accurately estimated.
