摘 要:"珠峰计划"的实施并不意味着创新人才培养的成功。因为创新人才的培养在一定程度上有赖于教育公平的实现。"珠峰计划"中差异性原则的缺失、权力和机会平等的缺失、补偿性原则的缺失,使教育公平很难落到实处,创新人才的培养也就无从谈起。因此,有必要进行大面积的"土壤改良",在学校教育与管理、人才评价机制等方面落实教育公平,为创新人才培养奠定基础。The implementation of'Everest Plan'does not mean the success in the cultivation of innovative talents, because the cultiva-tion of creative talents depends to a certain extend on the realization of educational fairness. As it is difficult to achieve educational fair-ness due to lack of differential principle, power and equality of opportunity, as well as compensatory principle in the 'Everest Plan', there is no way in the cultivation of innovative talents. Therefore, it is necessary to implement widespread'soil improvement'to implement educational fairness in school education and management, talent evaluation mechanism, among others, so as to lay the foundation for cultivation of innovative talents.
