摘 要:为了研究冷凝器、中冷器、水箱散热器和风扇这些冷却部件位置的改变对发动机舱内流场空气流动和散热的影响,首先对某重型卡车的复杂几何模型进行简化,在前处理软件Hypermesh中划分一套高质量的面网格,然后在通用热流分析软件STAR-CCM+中完成体网格的划分、计算求解以及后处理。对卡车原型的冷却部件的布置共提出3种改进分案,其中方案3分为5个小方案,分别是冷却部件沿Z轴正方向移动40,80,120,160,200 mm;分别对每个改进方案进行仿真研究,并对比分析了每个方案中发动机舱内冷却部件位置的变化对流场结构的影响以及不同方案下发动机舱内的温度分布;监测了不同方案下流过散热部件的冷却空气流量以及水箱散热器出水管的温度,得到了水箱散热器散热性能最好的冷却部件布置方案。In order to study the effect of cooling modules position change on air flow and cooling of the engine compartment,such as condenser,intercooler,water tank,radiator and fan,a heavy-duty truck’s complicated geometric model was simplified.In the pre-processing software Hyper-mesh,high-quality grid was generated.Then division of the grid,solving and post-pro-cessing of the calculation results was finished using star-ccm+,which is a general heat flow a-nalysis program.Three improving cases were brought out to change the arrangement of the cool-ing modules in the original truck model.The third case contains five smal solutions which is that cooling parts moving along the Z axis is 40 mm,80 mm and 1 20 mm,1 60 mm and 200 mm. Each of the case was analyzed and the results were compared.According to the results,we are able to find whether the change of the cooling modules has any effect on the flow structure.Fur-thermore,the temperature distributions under these cases were compared.The cooling air flow which flow through the radiator and the outlet water pipe’s temperature was monitored and the best arrangement of the cooling modules was founded.
