摘  要:精炼糖厂离子交换树脂再生脱色液由于含有大量再生剂和色素,需要处理达标后排放。本研究分析了再生脱色液的主要成分和性质,利用纳滤技术对其进行处理,以色素截留率和氯离子去除率作为考查指标,筛选出适合处理再生脱色液的纳滤膜型号,并优化纳滤工艺参数,为纳滤技术治理精炼糖厂离子交换树脂再生液提供参考。实验结果显示:选用型号为44030的纳滤膜进行实验,能有效去除氯离子和截留色素,而且易于清洗;在最佳纳滤工艺下,脱色液氯离子去除率70%以上,色素截留率99.8%以上。The regenerated decoloring liquid of ion exchange resin from refined sugar mills contains a lot of regenerant and pigment and need to be treated before discharge. The main composition and properties of regenerated bleaching liquid were studied in this paper. Nanofiltration technology was employed using pigment interception rate and chloride ion removal rate as test indexes. Suitable nanofiltration membrane model was selected and process parameters were optimized, which can be served as a reference guide. Results showed that Model 44030 could effectively remove chloride ions and intercept pigments, and easy to be cleaned. Under optimum nanofiltration process, the chlorine ion removal rate was greater than 70%, and the pigment interception rate was greater than 99.8%.
