摘　　要：发展高职本科是我国社会经济发展面临的紧迫问题,在对高职工程本科教育人才培养进行定位的基础上,结合石家庄铁路职业技术学院工程本科的人才培养实践,总结出高职示范校工程本科人才培养模式。Based on the role and the practice of the engineering undergraduate education in Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology, the training models of the engineering undergraduate education in model vocational colleges are proposed.
