摘　　要：我国教师的文化使命研究兴起于20世纪八九十年代,并在20世纪末、21世纪初得以普遍发展,主要聚焦于文化使命的定义、教师的文化角色定位、教师的文化使命功能、教师的文化使命内容以及教师的文化使命实现路径等五个方面展开探讨.纵观已有的研究成果,在上述五方面的研究内容中以及研究方法上还存在需要改进之处.The study on the culture mission of teachers began in the 1980s and 1990s, and fully developed in the late 20th century and the early 21th century. It mainly focused on the study of the definition of the culture mission; the cultural role of teachers; the functions and the contents of the culture mission of teachers ; the ways to fulfill the culture mission. In these above study achivements and the study methods, there still remains space for improvement.
