摘　　要：在Banach空间中引入了广义隐补问题的概念,并证明了广义隐补问题解的存在性定理.In this paper, the concept of generalized implicit complementarity problem is introduced and the existence theorems of solution of the generalized implicit complementarity problem are proved in Banach spaces.
