摘  要:高校辅导员与学生关系是高校师生关系的重要组成部分,置身其中的主体即可能和谐共生,也可能相互撞击。本文借助场域理论,以关系思维思考辅导员与学生关系的冲突表现、冲突影响、冲突归因,强调辅导员与学生在调适冲突、构建和谐关系中应承担的义务与责任。The relation between instructors and students at colleges is an important part of teacher-student relation, in which the subject is likely to coexist in harmony, also may collide. This paper, based on Field Theory, considers conflicts, influences and attributions of the relation between instructors and students by means of relation thinking, emphasizing the duty and responsibility of instructors and students in the adjustment of conflicts and the construction of harmonious relation.
