《伤寒论》六经病证知识分类体系研究

摘　　要：目的:通过研究建立能突出《伤寒论》自身特色的六经病证知识分类体系,进而推广到伤寒类著作,为仲景学说的专题知识库系统建立和知识挖掘提供前提条件。方法:首先根据国家标准《学科分类与代码》的序号方法以及相关教材和论文的有关分类方法,预设《伤寒论》六经病证知识分类体系,然后通过解析《伤寒论》有关六经病证及方药知识的原文补充完善预设体系,并根据相关原则对预设类目名称进行规范。结果:建立了以太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六经病为一级类目,各经病下包含的本证、兼证、变证、疑似证等知识为二、三级类目,各证下包含的证候、病因病机、鉴别诊断、方药、治疗禁忌、传变、转归预后等知识为再下级类目的《伤寒论》六经病证知识分类体系。结论:本研究方法对相关知识分类体系的建立有一定参考作用;本知识分类体系对解析其他伤寒类著作、建立张仲景专题知识库系统、实现对张仲景学术思想的知识挖掘有重要意义。Objective： By establishing a knowledge classification system, which may highlight the characteristics of six channel diseases in Treatise on Febrile Disease and generalize the kind works of Treatise on Febrile Disease, to provide premise conditions for the thematic knowledge base system of Zhongjing theory. Methods： Firstly, according to the serial number of the national standard ＇Discipline classification and code＇ methods and materials and papers related to classification method, the knowledge classification system of six channel diseases in Treatise on Febrile Disease was established in advanced. Secondly, the advanced system was completed after analyzing the originals about six channel diseases and the prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Disease. At last, the category in the advanced system was regulated, according to the relevant principles. Results： The diseases of Taiyang, Yangming, Shaoyang, Taiyin, Shaoyin and Jueyin made up the primary categories. The syndromes, accompanying symptoms, deteriorated cases and suspected symptoms in six channel diseases made up the secondary and tertiary category. The syndromes, etiology and pathogenesis, differential diagnosis, prescriptions, contraindications, progress of disease and prognosis in each syndrome made up the lower class category. Conclusion： This study method can offer a certain reference for the establishment of the knowledge classification system of six channel diseases in Treatise on Febrile Disease. The knowledge classification system will play an important role in analyzing the kind works of Treatise on Febrile Disease, building the knowledge base system and exploring ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s academic thought.
