摘 要:目的了解眉山市食品的卫生状况,进行食品安全风险评估与预警,为制定有效的监管措施提供依据。方法按照《四川省食品安全风险监测方案》的监测要求和检验方法,采集和检测各类食品样本。结果在监测的10类210份食品中,共分离出4种9株食源性致病菌,总检出率为4.29%。结论眉山市食品已有不同程度受到多种食源性致病菌污染,应加强市售食品监督管理,以减少可能引起食源性疾病的危险因素。Objective Meishan city food hygiene, food safety risk assessment and early warning, to provide evidence for effective regulatory measures. Methods According to the food safety risk monitoring plan in sichuan province monitoring requirements and test methods, sample col ection and testing of al kinds of food. Results 210 10 types of foods in monitoring, a total of 4 kinds of 9 strains of foodborne pathogenic bacteria was isolated, the overall detection rate was 4.29%. Conclusion Meishan city food has different degree by many foodborne pathogens pollution,we should strengthen the supervision and management of food products, in order to reduce the risk of foodborne il ness factors may cause.
