摘　　要：文章对食品专业的专业设置、课程设置、毕业生就业岗位群、食品专业大学生能力需求进行了初步调查和分析,以期能为未来我国高校食品专业改革与发展提供一些参考,希望对食品专业学生提高学习、科研能力,及日后学生就业率有所帮助。In the paper, we conducted a preliminary investigation and analysis on the specialty design, curricular design, employment post group and the food professional post ability demand of college students, in order to provide some reference for the reform and development of food specialty in Chinese higher education and improvement of the abilities in scientific research and occupation abilities of the food professional college students.
