让校本培训走向问题导向的专业学习——对上海市八区县调研的透视与反思

摘　　要：本研究以上海市八个区县的调研为例,探讨校本培训作为教师在职教育政策在学校层面的实施情况,分别从校本培训在学校层面的规划、内容、方式、管理、外部支持、效果评价等六个维度反思调研的主要结果,并由此重新认识到校本培训的本质是引领教师走向问题导向的专业学习。By the investigation of 8 districts in Shanghai, the situation of school-based training required by governmental policy for in-service teachers was explored in school execution level from six aspects, that is the plan, content, method, management, outside support and effect assessment. By the reflection of the investigation, the school-based teacher training is essentially toward problemdriven professional learning.
