摘 要:山苍子油是一种重要的调味品和香料,在食品和化妆品领域具有良好的应用前景。本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)提取山苍子油,采用GC-MS分析了其化学成分,建立了提取山苍子油的动力学模型,对强化提取过程进行了分析。提取山苍子油的适宜工艺条件为:液料比20∶1,提取时间4h,得率为3.06%。GC-MS鉴定了26种化合物的结构,山苍子油的主要成分是香叶醛(17.94%),橙花醛(14.58%),柠檬烯(9.25%),芳樟醇(8.44%),桉树脑(7.11%)和α-松油醇(5.74%)。山苍子油中柠檬醛(两种异构体香叶醛和橙花醛)的含量为32.52%。SD法提取山苍子油的动力学模型为Vt=0.87081(1-e-0.00362t),相关系数为0.9966,方差为0.00016,动力学常数为0.00362,该模型拟合度高,准确性好。该动力学模型为强化山苍子油的提取提供了理论指导。Litsea Cubeba oil is an important condiment and perfume andwidely used in food and cosmetics industry. Lit- sea Cubeba oil extracted by steam distillation( SD ) was analyzed by GC - MS. Extraction kinetics model of Litsea Cubeba oil was established, and optimized extraction process was analyzed. The yield of Litsea Cubeba oil was 3.06% under the optimized conditions of solid : liquid ration of 20 : 1 and extraction time 4.0 h. Twenty six compounds were identi- fied in Litsea Cubeba oil by GC - MS, and its major components were geranial( 17. 94% ), neral( 14. 58% ), limonene (9.25 % ), linalool( 8. 44% ), eucalyptol (7.11% ) and α - terpineol ( 5.74% ). Content of citral ( two isomers gerani- al and neral)was 32. 52% in Litsea Cubeba oil. The extraction kinetics model of Litsea Cubeba oil by SD was Vt -- 0. 87081(1-e^-0.00362t) , and the correlation coefficient, variance and kinetics constant were 0. 9966, 0. 00016 and 0. 00362, respectively. This showed that the kinetics model is fit and accurate. The kinetics model provided theoreti- cal guidance to optimize extraction of Litsea Cubeba oil.
