摘  要:以教学大纲/课程标准为分析文本,从课程目标、课程内容、课程实施和课程评价四个维度梳理自1978年改革开放以来我国基础教育阶段英语课程的历史发展进程,进而归纳出各时期英语课程的现实路径,最后得出结论:基础教育阶段英语教学应当基于课程标准而展开,呼吁广大中小学英语教师做到"人人心中有课标",统筹考虑教学目标、教学材料、教学过程与教学评价的一致性。By interpreting English syllabuses and curriculum standards at China' s basic education level from four dimensions, this study aims at tracing the historical development of English curriculum during the period of 1978 up to now and demonstrates the realistic paths of curriculum goals, curriculum content, curriculum implementa- tion and curriculum evaluation; then follows a conclusion: Teachers should famiharize themselves with English curriculum standards and implement curriculum standards - based English teaching, which requires them to take into account the consistency of teaching objectives, teacbing material, implementation of teaching and evaluation of teaching.
