免费企业大学模式探索——以广东碧桂园职业学院为例

摘　　要：本文通过相关文献分析对企业大学进行了定义,概述了国内学历型企业大学的一般特性,对广东碧桂园职业学院这所全免费企业大学的模式进行了个案分析,探讨了免费企业大学在可持续发展、服务企业发展战略、教师队伍建设与激励、学生和学校心理契约关系建立与强化方面的问题。Through the analysis of related literatures in this paper, corporate university is defined. General characteristics of domestic corporate university which can award the degree were summarized. There was a case analysis about the model of guangdong country garden polytechnic which was a free corporate university in the thesis. Some problems about free corporate university were explored, such as sustainable development, service for enterprise development strategy, teacher team construction and incentive, establish and strengthen about psychological contract relationship between the student and the school.
