高校实验技术人员的继续教育初探

摘　　要：高校实验室建设面临很多问题,而实验技术人员综合素质的提高是目前亟待解决的问题之一。如何优化其知识结构,提高整体素质,构建合理的继续教育体系成为目前高校发展面临的重要课题。通过对实验技术人员现状的分析,提出了加强实验技术人员继续教育的必要性和重要性。并从建立健全法律法规保障制度、增加社会及学校对继续教育的支持力度和个人通过多渠道加强自身学习等方面,对继续教育的具体实施方略进行初步探讨。The construction of colleges and universities lab is faced with many problems. One of the problems which are in need of solving is the improvement of comprehensive quality of experimental technicians. How to optimize the composition of their knowledge, improve the whole quality and construct the reasonable system of continuing education has been the important topic for colleges and universities. Through the analysis of experiment technical personnel＇s current situation, the necessity and importance of strengthening the continuing education for experiment technical personnel are mentioned. The specific exercise methods are preliminarily discussed on the construction of laws and regulations, the support of society and university and oneself study through various channels.
