摘　　要：为提高见习生临床思维能力,笔者将以团队为基础的教学(TBL)模式结合模拟教学的思路,应用于内科见习。通过对学生反馈意见的分析,与以问题为基础的教学(PBL)相比较,探讨TBL用于诊断学临床思维培养的实践之路。In order to improve the trainees＇ clinical thinking ability,Team based learning（TBL）and the thoughts of simulation teaching were used in medical clerkship.Compared with Problem Based Learning（PBL）,the effects of TBL training for diagnostic clinical thinking were investigated through the analysis of students＇ feedback.
