摘　　要：高校"思政课"青年教师是社会主义核心价值观和社会主义道德体系构建的重要队伍,他们本身的道德观念从政治、经济、生活、学术等方面的观念上来看都存在矛盾性,具有二维性特征;针对这一群体存在的特征及其所担负的使命和责任,学校应重视教师队伍教育与建设,教师个人也应不断完善自我,将自我教育内化为自觉行为。Young teachers responsible for college ideological and political courses are an important group in building socialist core values and socialist ethical system. Their ethics embody dualistic characteristics in terms of politics,economics,life,academics, etc. According to their responsibilities and characteristics,more emphasis should be placed on the ethical development of these young teachers, at the same, teachers individual should always make efforts to complete themselves, internalizing self--education into a spontaneous behavior.
