摘　　要：江苏高等职业教育进入了创新驱动发展新阶段,实现江苏"两个率先"目标和产业结构转型升级,需要加强高等职业教育校企合作的深度融合。通过对推动和影响江苏高等职业教育校企合作深度融合的因素分析,重点梳理了校企合作过程中存在的问题,并对推动校企合作深度融合提出了政策建议。The higher vocational education of Jiangsu Province has entered into a new phase of development driven by innovation. To achieve the goal of ＂taking a lead in realizing both a well-off society and a basically modernized society＂ and to complete the task of industrial structural transformation and upgrading,we should strengthen the indepth cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Based on an analysis on the factors influencing the collegeenterprise cooperation,the paper summarized the main problems existing in the cooperation,and proposed policy suggestions to promote a further in--depth integration between colleges and enterprises.
