摘　　要：针对目前大学公共英语教学面临教学和专业脱钩的难点问题；提出从公共英语向医学英语转移，并以医学英语为主，改变课程设置模式，建立多元化考核评价体制，开展多语种教学的对策。This paper explored and analyzed difficulties in English teaching and put forward some ways to deal with this situation. The suggestions included changing the curriculum from general English to medical English, establishing the multiple assessment system and developing multilingual teaching modes.
