摘 要:以C919大型飞机的惯性参考单元——霍尼韦尔IR-600 LaserefⅥ型激光惯性导航系统为参考依据,设计了激光惯性导航信号发生器。该信号发生器为包括软件部分和硬件部分。软件部分主要包括三个模块——轨迹发生器、陀螺信号仿真器以及加速度计信号仿真器,生成每个采样时刻陀螺和加速度计数据。硬件部分采用PS PXI-9106便携式PXI机箱和NI PXI-7852R多功能RIO,输出3路差分脉冲信号和3路模拟电流信号分别模拟3个激光陀螺输出和3个石英加速度计输出。该信号发生器可应用于惯性导航系统故障诊断、性能评价中,从而为我国大型民用飞机惯性导航系统的研制和应用提供支持。The design of the laser INS signal generator for large aircraft was based on Honeywell IR-600 LASEREF VI Micro IRS which is the inertial reference unit of large aircraft C919. The laser INS signal generator contained software part and hardware part. The software part had three modules trajectory generator, gyro signal simulator and accelerometer signal simulator. It could generate outputs of gyros and accelerometers at each sampling time. PS PXI-9106 portable PXI chassis and NI PXI-7852R multifunction RIO composed the hardware part of the signal generator, which could output three channels of differential pulse and three channels of analog current to simulate output signals of three laser gyroscopes and three quartz accelerometers. This generator can be used in the inertial navigation fault diagnosis system and INS performance evaluation, so as to support the application and development of the large aircraft inertial navigation system.
