摘  要:面对传统与现代性的文化冲突,教师在与自我、他人和社会的关系上出现了紧张局面,宗法权威遭遇自觉理性,德性伦理让位规范伦理,整体性丧失而带来生命意义的单向度,对当下的放逐而带来生存价值的虚无,并在国家代言人还是托管人上焦灼不安,在科层权力和专业权力上矛盾重重。要消除紧张、实现幸福,就需要正本清源、需要教师教育的启蒙以及教师的自我解蔽。Face to the cultural conflict between tradition and modernity, some tension occurs in the relations between teachers and self, teachers and others, teachers and society. Patriarchal authority encounters conscious rationality. Morality ethics gives place to normative ethics. Integrity loss causes one-dimension of life meaning. The currency exile brings about the nihility of life value. Teachers are also nervous about being national spokespersons or trustees and contradictious between hierarchical power and professional power. To eliminate the tension and achieve happiness, we should get to the root and strengthen the enlightenment education in teachers' education. Teachers' self revealing is needed as well.
