摘 要:教师人格是影响教师自身和学生发展的重要因素,是近年来国内教师心理研究关注的重点。教师人格的测量无统一的测评工具,所得结果难以进行相互间的比较。教师人格特质、人格结构、影响因素及其作用是当前研究的主题,未来应进一步深化教师人格研究,积极尝试开展教师人格的干预性研究。Teacher's personality is an important factor affecting the teacher themselves and the development of students. In recent years, it is the focus for teacher's psychological studies in China. Due to the absence of unified assessment tools to measure the teacher's personality, the research results become difficult to compare with each other. The subiect of current research is about the teacher's personality traits, the personality structure, the influence factors and its function. In the future research, the teacher's personality studies should be intensified and the intervention research should be actively attempted.
