摘  要:针对高职软件技术专业人才培养面临的"两难"问题,提出了"双园轮换,工学迭代"的高职软件技术专业人才培养模式。该模式以建构主义教学理论为指引,依托校企共建的"软件园"实现"院园融合",采用"4+1+1"教学组织模式,突出职业能力与可持续发展能力的培养,旨在全面提升专业人才培养质量。As to the "two difficulties" faced with talent cultivation of Software Technology major in higher vocational schools, the talent cultivation mode of "campus and software park alternation, learning and working iteration" for "Software Technology major in higher vocational schools is proposed in this paper. With constructivism teaching theory as a guideline, the mode relies on the school-enterprise cooperation "Software park" to realize "college park integration", adopts the "4+1+1" teaching organization mode and highlights outstanding professional ability and sustainable development ability, the aim of which is to promote professional talent training quality.
