摘  要:以具备"专、知、能、善、健、雅"全人素质标准的技术技能型人才培养为出发点,以提升学生综合职业能力为目标,紧贴经济社会发展需求,依托产业、企业、职业实际需要,构建以"必修课程+选修课程+活动课程"为主体,以"专业能力+方法能力+社会能力"三项能力培养为主线,以职业技能鉴定和岗位要求为准则的开放式课程体系,促进人才培养质量的提高,为地方经济发展服务。The thesis mainly focuses on the cultivation of technical and skilled talents with holistic personal quality standard of "professional, knowledgeable, competent, virtuous, healthy and elegant", aiming to improve students" comprehensive vocational abilities. To meet the demand of economic and social development as well as the actual need of various industries, enterprises and vocations, an open curriculum system is built with three kinds of courses, "namely, compulsory course, optional course and activity course" as its main body, with three abilities "namely, professional ability, methodological ability and social ability" as the main line and with the occupational skill appraisal and job requirements as the guideline, so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation and serve the local economic development.
