摘  要:植物多糖是一种重要的生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、增强机体免疫功能和防治心血管疾病等作用。对蓝莓叶多糖进行有效的开发利用,对提高蓝莓叶的经济价值具有重要意义。本文采用热水浸提,醇沉的方法提取蓝莓叶多糖,通过响应面法优化蓝莓叶多糖提取工艺,硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量。实验结果表明:提取时间为4.2h,提取温度为85℃,料液比为1∶35(g/m L),5倍体积乙醇醇沉6h时,提取蓝莓叶多糖的能力最佳。在此工艺条件下得到蓝莓叶多糖的提取量为29.2mg/g。本实验从蓝莓叶中提取多糖,为今后进一步研究与开发蓝莓叶资源提供了理论依据。Polysaccharide is a kind of important biological active substance.Therefore, it is significant to effectively develop and utilize the polysaccharide from blueberry leaves and improve the economic and social benefits of blueberry leaves.In this paper, polysaccharide was extracted by the method of hot water immersed extraction and ethanol precipitation.Extraction process of water-soluble poiysaccharides from blueberry leaves was optimized by response surface methodology.The content of polysaccharide was determined by sulfuric acid to phenol method. The results showed that the extraction time was 4.2h, extraction temperature was 85℃ and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:35(g/mL).Polysaccharide was precipitated with 5 folds volume of ethanol for 6h.The proportion of the extraction of polysaccharide from blueberry leaves under this industrial orocess conditions was 29.2mg/g
