摘　　要：目前师范生技能训练中存在诸多问题,"五年一体化"的系统性技能训练模式及相应的具体措施对提高师范生综合素质具有重要作用。There exist many problems in the training of normal school student skills.The skill training has an impor-tant effect on improving the comprehensive quality of normal students.This thesis puts forward the “Five-year inte-gration”skills training model of normal school students and a series of corresponding measures.
