摘　　要：甜瓜组织培养对于其品种改良、遗传转化和种质保存等具有重要意义。文章阐述了甜瓜在组织培养过程中培养基选取和优化、不同外植体诱导愈伤组织效果的差别、植物生长调节剂浓度和配比等因素的影响,对甜瓜组织培养中存在的问题进行了探讨,并对其组织培养技术的应用前景进行了展望。s：The technique of tissue culture is of great significance to variety improvement, genetic transformation and germplasm of preservation of melon. In this paper, the selection and optimization of medium, effect of callus-induction from different explants of Melon and the influence factors, such as on growth regulator concentration and proportion were reviewed. Meanwhile,problems commonly encountered in melon tissue culture were discussed. We also reviewed the application prospect of melon tissue culture.
