摘 要:教师话语权是指教师凭借知识优势和教学智慧而掌控教学、影响教学发展方向的一种权力和能力,是教师对教学的控制力、对学生的影响力.大学教学理性就是对大学教学本质和规律的认识、把握及自觉遵循.教师话语权的运行状况影响着大学教学的整体状态.教师话语权的僭越会造成学生的“失语”,导致大学教学理性的失落.而教师话语权的合理行使则有利于大学教学理性的回归,使大学教学呈现出理性的状态.福柯的“话语与权力”理论和“生存美学”思想是一种不滥用权力、创造美好生活的生存智慧,它无疑为大学教师合理行使话语权提供了有益的启示.因此,大学教师应坚持理性的价值取向,谦卑地对待话语权;发挥主体性,坚持独立的话语权;营造对话的课堂氛围,与学生分享话语权;促进自身专业发展,不断提升话语权,使教学活动在遵循教学规律的基础上保持适当的教学张力,从而推动大学教学理性的建构.Teachers’ discourse is a power from teachers’ advantageous mastery of knowledge,with great impact on students.University teaching rationality is a concept for the conscious interpretation of the rules of university teaching.The performing of teachers’discourse exerts effect on the overall state of college teaching.The transpassing of teachers’discourse would make students fall into the “a-phasia”state,leading to a loss of university teaching rationality.Reasonable exercise of the teachers’ discourse is conducive to the rational regression of the college teaching,and the college teaching brings out the rational state.Foucault’s theory of “discourse and power”and “survival aesthetics”is the survival wisdom to guard against the abuse of power and to make a better life.This theory offers the college teachers useful implications in exercising their discourse right.Therefore,teachers should change their ideas and modestly treat their power for the subjectivity,adhering to the independent power,creating circumstance for dialogues,and sharing the discourse power with students so as to promote the construction of college teaching rationality by means of the continual reflection upon the development of the rational teaching activities.
