摘　　要：现代学徒制是传统学徒制与现代职业教育相结合的产物,教育部也正在积极推动现代学徒制试点。无锡机电高职作为一所五年制高职校,在这方面做出了实践尝试,归纳总结出现代学徒制的内涵,对实施过程中人才培养方案、课程标准、组织管理、评价体系等进行了分析与思考。Modern apprenticeship system is combination of traditional apprenticeship and modern vocational education. Even Ministry of education is actively promoting modern apprentice system. Wuxi Machinery and Electron Higher Professional and Technical School is a five-year higher vocational school, which, in this regard, through its practice, has made some attempts, summed up the connotation in modern apprentice system, analyzed personnel training program, curriculum standard, organizational management and evaluation system.
