摘  要:目的探讨微格教学法在培训急诊专科护士临床教师中的应用方法及效果。方法采用微格教学法对急诊专科护士培训的临床教师进行培训。比较进行微格教学法前后教师教学技能得分情况、专科护士培训学员的操作成绩;总结教师对微格教学的反思日记。结果进行微格教学法后,教师的授课技能有所提高(P<0.01),学员操作成绩有所提高(P<0.01),在反思日记中教师对微格教学法表示认可,教学水平得到提高。结论微格教学法能有效提高临床教师的教学技能,有助于提高其执教的急诊专科护士培训教学质量。Objective To explore the methods and effects of microteaching in thetraining of emergency clinical teachers. Methods Five emergency clinical teachers received training on microteaching. The teachers' teaching skills and trainees' performance in skills exam were compared before and after implementation of microteaching. Moreover,the teachers' reflective diaries on mieroteaehing were summarized. Results After implementation of microteaching,the teacher's teaching skills and the trainees' performance in skills exam were improved(P〈O.O1). The teachers showed acceptance on microteaching. Conehtsion Microteaching can effectively improve clinical teachers' teaching skills and enhance the teaching quality of specialized training of emergency nurses.
