层级培训在手术室新护士带教中的应用

摘　　要：临床护理教学是一个充满挑战性与变异性的教学,且发生在一个随时改变,无法事先安排与预测的环境。新进护理人员在职训练课程常欠缺教与学的概念以及指导者角色功能的训练,使指导护士在角色转换上有所困难。本文将主要探讨层级培训在手术室新护士带教中的应用。The clinical nursing teaching is a challenging and variability of the teaching is an always change, and cannot be arranged in advance and prediction of the environment. New nursing on-the-job training course often lack the concept of teaching and learning, and the director＆#39;s role function training, to guide nurses have dififculty on role transformation. This article mainly discusses the hierarchical training of new nurses in the operating room with the application of the teaching.
