中高职协调发展视角下整体性人才培养体系构建的探索

摘　　要：以实现中高职协调发展为目的,促进职业教育内部系统衔接的人才培养体系构建,必须凸显其自身的整体性。因此,须从适应区域经济发展、强化职业能力、兼顾职业素质、专业课程设置等原则出发,构建全面、整体、协调的人才培养体系,同时以提升人才培养质量为主线,完善整体性人才培养体系的功能实现。To establish a talent cultivation system which aims at coordinated development of secondary-higher vocational education as well as promoting internal cohesion of vocational education, the integrity of the system must be highlighted. Therefore, the establishment of a comprehensive, overall and coordinated talent cultivation system should base on the following principles： adapting regional economic development, strengthening professional ability, considering professional qualities and designing specialized curriculum. Meanwhile, one ought to improve the achievement of integrated talent cultivation system＇s function with enhancement of talent cultivation quality as the main line.
