摘  要:斯宾诺莎建构的以"理性神学"为基础的道德哲学形态结构展现为"神"—"自由"—"人的心灵",它是以"知神"和"爱神"为出发点,以人的"自由"、"幸福"和"至善"为归宿点。斯宾诺莎断定"神"是唯一"实体",取消人的自由意志,将"人的心灵"作为"神"的"属性"的"样式"置放在因果必然性秩序之中。其最终目的是让"人的心灵"从为"被动情感"所奴役的"自然形态"和为理性所指导的"主动情感"的"理智形态"过渡到"神人合一"的以"自由"、"幸福"和"至善"为标志的"伦理—宗教"形态。Structure of Spinoza' s moral philosophy form expressed as "God" - "freedom" - "human mind". Starting which is constructed by the base of rational theology is point of this structure is "knowing God" and "loving God". And destination point is "freedom"," happiness" and "highest good". Spinoza concludes that "God" is the on- ly "entity" and he cancels the man' s free will and he puts the human mind which is as disguised form or style of God' s attributes into the determinism order of causal necessity. Its ultimate aim is that "natural form" of the human mind which is enslaved by the passive emotion and rational form of the human mind which is guided by rationality transform to the unity of "man and god ethics - religion" form which is marked by "Freedom", "happiness" and "highest good".
