完善边疆民族地区大学生公民教育的路径探析

摘　　要：边疆民族地区高校大学生公民教育关系到学生自身的成长与发展、民族团结稳定以及边疆治理的长期成效。缺乏系统性、践行力度不大、教育内容抽象化、师资力量缺乏等是当前边疆民族地区高校学生公民教育存在的突出问题。教育主管部门需制定大学生公民教育规划,高校应建立健全学生公民教育机制、加强学生公民教育师资队伍建设并塑造公民教育校园文化氛围,同时还必须尊重少数民族大学生民族传统和宗教信仰,以切实提升公民教育实效。The civilian education in frontier ethnic area is significant for the grow -up and development of undergraduates, ethnic unity and stability, and long -term effective harnessing of frontiers. The problems are a lack of system, insufficient practice, abstract education, and a shortage of teachers. It is argued that the educational administrative organs should make a plan for the civilian education of undergraduates, universities should set up a sound mechanism concerned, the teaching power should be strengthened, and respect should be paid to minority undergraduates＇ traditions and religious faiths.
